Road Resurfacing

The section of Wild Meadow, from Hawk View out to 739, was scheduled to be resurfaced this summer.

The "alligator" cracking on the road indicates that this procedure is necessary ASAP before the road deteriorates to the point where it has to be entirely replaced.

The overdue and finally paid up assessment fees for the mandatory road maintenance should be spent to resurface these roads.

I would hope that the Board has put this road repair on their priority list.

The Board is now aware of this road condition and has put it on their list to get a bid for and get the work done.

If you see something that needs attention, please let the board know about it so that the issue can be addressed.
